Can I show my licence, designations, and required disclosures?
Yes. Your profile can carry your name and licence number, the coverage lines and carriers you represent, office details, and any disclosure your brokerage requires - and because it's live, one edit updates every card you've handed out. Anexus doesn't write the disclosure wording; you add the text your compliance team approves. It's a networking tool for the contacts you meet, not a place for client policy or claims records, and the contacts you do capture are yours - export or delete them at any time.
Does the client I tap need an app?
No. Tapping your card opens your profile in any phone's browser - no app, download, or account needed on their end. It works the same on iPhone and Android, and when a card isn't handy you can share the same profile by QR code or link.
Can captured leads sync to my CRM for quote and renewal follow-up?
Yes, with PRO. Captured contacts sync natively to 10 CRMs - HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, monday.com, Freshsales, Copper, Apollo, ActiveCampaign, and Close. On the free Basic plan every prospect is still captured in the built-in mini CRM with notes, tags, and reminders, so no quote follow-up or renewal ever slips.
Can I capture leads at community events and client meetings?
Absolutely. Instead of a paper sign-up sheet, attendees tap your card to open a capture form on their own phone, so every name and email is saved accurately and timestamped. Each lead is attributed to the event or meeting, ready for a timely, personalized quote follow-up.
Is it free, and what does a card cost?
Yes, it's free to start. The Basic plan is $0 - a live profile, NFC/QR/link sharing, an Apple Wallet pass (free with any Anexus card, otherwise a one-time $1.99), appointment booking, and lead capture, with no credit card. PRO is about $6.99 CAD/month or $59.99/year (3 months free with any card, ends September 30, 2026) for AI follow-ups, deeper analytics, and CRM sync. Cards are a one-time purchase in CAD: Metal Black or Stainless Steel at $59.99, or the Phone Tap sticker at $24.99.
