Do I need a subscription to use the card?

No. Every card comes with a free-forever profile — a live digital profile, NFC/QR/link sharing, contact capture and a mini CRM, at $0. PRO is an optional upgrade (about $6.99 CAD/month or $59.99 CAD/year) for AI tools, deeper analytics and CRM sync.

Does the person I tap need an app?

No. A tap opens your profile in their phone's browser, and the card also carries a scannable QR code for older phones — no app or account on their end. It works on iPhone and Android.

Does it work through a phone case?

Yes — the Phone Tap Card works through most phone cases. Very thick or metal cases can weaken the tap, but the scannable QR code always works as a backup. You stick it to the back of your phone or case once and it's ready.

How long does shipping take?

We ship within Canada, tracked, for a flat $9.99 CAD. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in about 5 business days. Your digital profile is live the moment you create it, so you can share by link or QR before the card arrives.

Can I change what the card opens later?
