Fees, plainly
Three line items per sale.
Profile Shop is straightforward. On every successful transaction you'll see:
- Stripe processing fee — Stripe's standard rate (~2.9% + 30¢ in most regions). Paid to Stripe.
- Anexus platform fee — a flat $1.00 per successful transaction. Paid to us. Non-refundable when an order is refunded.
- Sales tax — your responsibility to collect and remit; we don't act as a marketplace facilitator unless specifically required by law.
Worked example: you sell a $50 service. Stripe takes ~$1.75. We take $1. You receive ~$47.25 in your Stripe payout, before any tax you owe in your jurisdiction.

Do I need PRO to use Profile Shop?
Yes. Profile Shop is an advanced feature included in PRO, and PRO comes with 3 months free with any card. Offer ends September 30, 2026. It isn't part of the free Basic plan, though you can upgrade any time from your dashboard. If you only want this one feature, you can also buy it on its own from Settings → Feature Store.
