Choose your signature in the app
Anexus Connect generates email signatures for you, with your QR code and profile link already built in. Open the app, look through the designs, and copy the one that suits you.
Open your signature settings
In Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail, go to Settings → Signature and open the signature you want to replace.
Paste it and save
Paste the signature in and save. The QR code and the link are already wired to your profile, so every email you send now shares your card.

Do I need a plugin or paid tool?
No. You add a normal hyperlink and an image to your existing signature. A free Anexus Connect profile is all you need.
Will the QR code work when printed or on screen?
Yes. The same QR opens your smart profile whether it’s scanned from a screen or a printout.
Can I update my details later?
Anytime. Edit your profile once and every signature you’ve sent updates automatically — the link never changes.
