Which features are free?
The Basic plan is free forever: a live digital profile, NFC + QR + link sharing, a contact-capture form, the built-in mini CRM, appointment booking, and basic insights. Advanced tools — the AI workflow, Profile Shop, advanced analytics, multiple profiles, and Gmail + Calendar integration — are part of PRO.
Do I have to buy the full PRO plan to unlock one feature?
No. Every PRO feature — Profile, Insights, Appointments, Shop, and CRM — is also sold on its own as a monthly or yearly subscription. Open Settings → Feature Store in the app and pick just the one you need; you can upgrade to the full bundle later and only pay the difference.
Do the people I share with need an app?
No. Your profile opens in their normal phone browser after a tap, scan, or link — nothing to install. You manage your own card in the Anexus Connect app or web dashboard, which installs straight from the browser with no app-store download.
