For realtors & real estate agents

The best digital business card for realtors & real estate agents

An NFC digital business card lets real estate agents share listings, a booking link and contact details by compatible NFC tap or QR. Buyers and sellers who choose to submit their details can be saved in the built-in CRM.

One tap shares your profile; shared details become saved contacts

At an open house or listing appointment, tap your NFC card on a compatible phone or use its QR code to open your profile — current listings, a “book a viewing” button, reviews and your direct line. There is no Anexus app for the client to download.

Why agents use it

Built for how realtors work

Share listings instantly

Send your current listings, virtual tours and MLS pages the moment someone shows interest — one tap, straight to their phone, no paper flyer to reprint.

Capture buyer & seller leads at open houses

Replace the paper sign-in sheet. Visitors tap to open your profile and leave their details, so every buyer and seller is captured accurately — no illegible handwriting.

Stay top of mind after the showing

Your smart profile stays on their phone with your booking link and reviews, so when they’re ready to make an offer or list their home, you’re one tap away.

Questions

Real estate NFC card FAQ

Can I capture open-house leads?

Yes. A compatible NFC tap or QR scan can open an optional exchange form. Buyers and sellers who submit it can be timestamped and saved for follow-up; configured PRO integrations can sync supported records.

Can I link my MLS or listing pages?

Absolutely. Add links to your MLS profile, individual listing pages, virtual tours or your brokerage site. Update them once and every card you’ve ever handed out points to the current version — the link never changes.

Does it work for a whole brokerage or team?

Yes. Teams and brokerages can equip every agent with a branded card, keep contact details and listings consistent, and see engagement across the whole office — while each agent keeps their own leads and booking link.

What happens to my cards when I switch brokerages?

They keep working, which is the whole point. A brokerage-branded paper card is waste the day you move — you reprint, and every card already in someone's drawer sends them to your old office. Every Anexus card has a redirect URL you change in seconds on any plan, so the card in your pocket points at your new brokerage, your new listings and your new number without being reprinted. The engraving is yours, not the brokerage's.

Does it work at an open house with bad signal?

Partly, and it is worth knowing which part before you rely on it. Your Apple or Google Wallet pass works offline — it sits on your phone with your QR on it, so you can show it in a basement unit with no bars. The profile itself is a web page, so the visitor's phone needs a connection to open it. In a known dead spot, the practical move is to collect details on the form while you have signal and let the follow-up happen later.

Will leads sync to my real estate CRM?

Every plan includes a built-in CRM, so open-house leads land somewhere searchable the moment someone submits the form — you are never left with a camera roll of handwritten sign-in sheets. On PRO, leads also sync out to ten CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Freshsales. That sync is outbound: Anexus pushes the lead into your CRM, it does not pull records back.

Can I use it to collect Google reviews from clients?

Yes. A card can point straight at your Google review form instead of your profile, so asking is a tap rather than a link you have to dig up and text over. Because the destination is a redirect you control, the same card can show your profile most of the year and your review link around a closing. Give it to every client alike: filtering who receives the request by how you expect them to rate you is review gating, which Google prohibits.

How fast can I have cards for my team?

The profile is live the moment you create it, so you can share by link or QR at a showing tonight. Physical cards are engraved to order and dispatched in 1-2 business days, then about 5 business days within Canada or 7-10 to the United States, tracked, at a flat $9.99 CAD. If a listing launch is close, start digital and let the metal catch up.
