Does it work through a phone case?
In most cases, yes. The Phone Tap Card reads through plastic, silicone, and most leather cases. It's under 0.8 mm thick, so it sits flat with no bulge. Metal cases and wallet folios can block the signal — that's a limitation of NFC itself, not of the card.
Will it interfere with wireless charging?
No. On most modern phones the card sits clear of the Qi and MagSafe coil zone, so wireless charging keeps working as you'd expect. The 3M-grade adhesive is rated for years of carry but still lifts cleanly if you switch phones or want to move the card.
Does the person I'm sharing with need an app?
No. You hold the top of their phone within about an inch of the card, and your full profile opens directly in their browser — no app, no typing, no friction. Phones without NFC can scan the QR code shown on the tap screen instead, so no one is left out.
Can I change what the card opens later?
Yes, from your profile settings, with no need to re-order the card. On the Personal edition you can switch what loads between your profile, a link tree, or a vCard. On the Business edition the tap can open your profile, a Google Review page, a booking link, or a menu — and you can change the destination any time.
What's the difference between the Personal and Business editions?
The Personal edition is bonded to your one Anexus Connect profile, so a tap opens your full live profile plus QR code — ideal for carrying your card on the back of your phone. The Business edition is built for counters, signs, tables, and trade shows: it can point to your business profile, a Google Review page, booking, or a menu, tracks tap volume and conversion in Insights, and offers quantity discounts with logo printing.
