Most people end up carrying more than one card — a metal card for meetings, a Phone Tap sticker on the back of the phone, a spare in the car. On Anexus they all open the same profile at the same permanent address, so anything you change is live on every card at once. Each card is still its own object: name it, see it in one list, and switch any single one off without touching the rest. Cards arrive switched off and you activate them when they reach you, so a card in the mail cannot be misused.

Can I have more than one card on the same profile?
Yes. Add as many cards as you carry — a metal card, a Phone Tap sticker, a spare — and every one of them opens the same profile at the same permanent link. Update the profile once and all of them are current.
What happens if I lose one of my cards?
Switch off just that card. It stops working for whoever finds it, while your profile and your other cards carry on untouched. You can order a replacement whenever you are ready.
Does a new card change my profile link?
No. The profile link is permanent. New cards attach to the profile you already have, so anything you shared before — a link in an email signature, a wallet pass, a QR on a sign — keeps working.
Why do cards arrive switched off?
So a card cannot be misused while it is in the mail. You activate it when it reaches you, and it is ready from that moment. Every card is also tap-tested before it ships.
