Digital business cards for financial advisors

Share credentials, disclosures and a booking link at a seminar or client event by compatible NFC tap or QR. Prospects who submit their details can be saved in the CRM with referral context.

An engraved stainless steel Anexus NFC business card held in hand

Financial advisors grow through trust and referrals. Anexus lets you share a profile with designations, firm-approved disclosures and a booking link. Prospects from seminars, client events or referral partners who choose to submit their details can be stored in the built-in CRM with source context. Basic is free; PRO adds optional drafting, deeper analytics and configured CRM sync.

Save prospects with referral context

When a prospect chooses to submit their details, the built-in CRM can store the contact with source context and notes, helping you organize the next step.

Book the discovery call before they leave

A financial decision rarely happens on the spot — the win is the next meeting. A Book a meeting button on your profile lets a prospect schedule a discovery call or annual review while the conversation is still warm.

How booking works

Stay top of mind through a long decision

People don't move their savings the day they meet you. An Apple Wallet pass keeps your card, credentials, and booking link on their phone — so months later, when they're finally ready, you're still one tap away.

A first impression built on trust

Clients hand you their financial future. A premium engraved metal card and a polished profile showing your designations — CFP, CFA, CLU — make a credible first impression, and your disclosures update once for every card you've handed out.

Frequently asked

Can I control what's on my profile for compliance?

Yes. You edit every element of your profile — your bio, designations, links, and any disclosures your firm requires — and update it any time. Because the profile is live, one change updates every card you've handed out, so what people see always matches your firm's current requirements. Anexus doesn't provide the disclosure wording itself; you add the text your compliance team approves.

Does the client I tap need an app?

No. Tapping your card opens your profile in almost any phone's browser — no app, download, or account needed on their end. It works on both iPhone and Android, and you can also share by QR code or link when a card isn't handy.

Can captured prospects sync to my CRM?

Yes, with PRO. Captured contacts sync natively to 10 CRMs — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, monday.com, Freshsales, Copper, Apollo, ActiveCampaign, and Close. On the free Basic plan, every prospect is still captured in the built-in CRM with notes, tags, and reminders.

Can I use it to capture leads at seminars and events?

Yes. Attendees can tap or scan to open a form on their own phone. When they choose to submit it, the provided name and email are saved with a timestamp and can be tagged to the event for follow-up.

Is it free, and what does a card cost?

The Basic plan is free at $0 — a smart profile, NFC/QR/link sharing, an Apple Wallet pass (free with any Anexus card, otherwise a one-time $1.99), appointment booking, and lead capture, with no credit card to start. PRO is about $6.99 CAD/month or $59.99/year for AI follow-ups, deeper analytics, and CRM sync. Cards are a one-time purchase in CAD: Metal Black or Stainless Steel at $59.99, or the Phone Tap sticker at $24.99.
