Native sync to ten CRMs

See the integrationsEvery introduction lands in your CRM with a note, a priority and a reminder — instead of in a pocket, to be typed up on Sunday night.
A sales rep's business card has one job that nobody measures: getting the contact into the system before the memory of the conversation decays. Everything downstream depends on it, and it is the step most reps do last and worst. A digital card removes the typing entirely. You tap, the prospect fills in the fields you chose, and the record is created in your CRM immediately — with the source, the date, whatever note you added standing in the car park, and a priority you set while you still knew which conversation mattered. On PRO it syncs natively into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and six others, so it is in the pipeline your manager looks at rather than a personal list you have to reconcile later.
Nothing on this list is a CRM problem. They all happen before the CRM.
I have eleven cards in my jacket and I will type up maybe four.
Scan them in the car. OCR reads each one and files a lead tagged with where and when, in the same list as the people who tapped your card.
By the time I write it up I have forgotten what they actually wanted.
Add the note on the contact the moment you walk out, and set the reminder for the date they gave you. It takes twenty seconds and it is the difference between a lead and a name.
My manager asks what came out of the region trip and I have to reconstruct it.
Everything you captured is already in the shared pool and synced to the CRM, with the source and date attached. The trip reports itself.

The card scannerPRO drafts the follow-up from the conversation you recorded — you approve and send rather than start from a blank message.
AI workflowThey pick a real slot from your profile before you leave, which beats a follow-up email asking for times.
Appointment bookingOn a company account every capture lands in a shared pool, so a territory change does not take the pipeline with it.
Cards for teamsNative sync on PRO, to ten CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho — the contact is created in your CRM rather than sitting in a CSV you have to import. You can still export to a spreadsheet whenever you want.
They do not have to. A tap or a QR scan opens your profile in the browser they already have, and the form is filled there. Nothing to download on either side.
If the card was issued under a company account, the contacts captured belong to that business — that is the point of the shared pool. A personal account you pay for yourself is yours, and the profile link stays the same wherever you work.
You get profile views, engagement and contact exchanges. Visitor-level detail is only available with the visitor's permission — the analytics tell you what happened after the tap, not who someone is without them agreeing to it.
