For trainers & coaches

Digital business cards for personal trainers

Hand someone your card at the gym and they can book a session, buy a plan and read your qualifications before they finish their set.

Most personal training is sold in the ninety seconds after a conversation on the gym floor, and almost none of it is closed there. A digital card turns that moment into a booking. One tap opens your profile with your certifications, the disciplines you actually coach, a short video of how you work, and a calendar showing real open slots. If you sell programmes, blocks of sessions or nutrition plans, the Profile Shop takes the payment through Stripe on the same page — so the person who said they would think about it can act while they still mean it. Everything updates from your phone, including the price you changed in January.

Sound like your gym floor?

Interest is easy to create and easy to lose between the rack and the car park.

  • People say they are interested and I never hear from them.

Tap the card while the conversation is happening. They book a real slot there, which is a commitment a phone number never was.

  • They want to know if I am actually qualified and I end up listing acronyms.

Put the certifications on the profile with the issuing body and the year. It answers the question better than you can while catching your breath.

  • Taking payment means an e-transfer and a reminder three days later.

Sell the block of sessions on the profile and take the card payment through Stripe while they are standing in front of you.

Certifications where they can be checked

List the qualification, the body that issued it and the year — the reassurance a stranger needs before handing over money.

Build your profile

Show how you actually coach

A short video on the profile does more than a list of services for someone deciding whether they would enjoy training with you.

The Phone Tap card is the one you cannot leave in the other gym bag, which matters when the conversation happens between sets.

Frequently asked

Can clients pay for a block of sessions on the profile?

Yes. The Profile Shop handles products and services through Stripe, so a package of ten sessions or a twelve-week plan can be bought on the same page that shows your availability.

I coach online and in person. Can the card handle both?

Yes — set up more than one meeting type with different lengths and buffers, so an online consult and a floor session are separate bookable things rather than one confusing option.

Do I need the gym's permission to use it?

That is between you and the gym, and it depends entirely on your contract with them. The card itself is no different from handing out a paper one — it is what your agreement says about soliciting members that matters.

What if my prices change?

Edit them once on the profile. Every card you have ever handed out shows the new price immediately, because the price was never printed on the card.
