Can I store patient health information on Anexus Connect?
No — and you shouldn't. Anexus Connect is a professional networking tool for sharing your own details and capturing the contacts you meet, not a place for patient records or protected health information. The networking contacts it does hold are yours - you control what your profile shows and you can export or delete contacts at any time. Keep any clinical records in your practice's EMR.
Does the person I tap need an app?
No. Tapping your card or scanning your QR code opens your profile in any phone's browser — no app or account needed for the patient, colleague, or rep on the other side. It works the same on iPhone and Android.
Can I show my credentials, specialty, and clinic details?
Yes. Your profile can carry your full name and credentials, specialty, languages spoken, clinic address and hours, phone, booking link, and links to your practice site or professional directory listing. Update it once and every card you've handed out shows the current version.
Is it free, and what do the cards cost?
Yes, it's free to start. The Basic plan is $0 with a live profile, NFC/QR/link sharing, an Apple Wallet pass (free with any Anexus card, otherwise a one-time $1.99), appointment booking, and the mini CRM basics. Cards are a one-time purchase in CAD — Metal Black or Stainless Steel at $59.99 with engraving included, or a $24.99 Phone Tap sticker. PRO (about $6.99/month or $59.99/year) is optional, and you get 3 months of PRO free with any card. Offer ends September 30, 2026.
Is it a good fit for medical conferences and clinics?
Very. You'll never run out of cards mid-conference, sharing is contactless (one tap, no exchange of paper), and every lead is captured on the spot instead of scribbled on a napkin. In clinic, the same card doubles as a way for new patients to save your details and book — all from one profile you control.
