Not a business card. A networking operating system.
In the half-second it takes someone to tap your card, eleven systems fire — identity, capture, analytics, attribution, calendar, AI, payments, encryption, the whole stack. Your visitor sees a profile. You see a pipeline.
The reframe
It looks like a business card. It works like a CRM.
The card is the trojan horse. The thing in your wallet is a small piece of metal or PVC with an NFC chip — the kind of object people are willing to keep. The thing in the cloud is a full SaaS platform: live profile, contact capture, visitor analytics, scheduled meetings, AI follow-ups, payments, multi-stack integrations.
Most "digital business cards" are a single landing page. Anexus is the platform that runs every introduction you'll ever make.
Profile + CRM + AI + Wallet + Shop + Analytics
One product. One tap. One source of truth for every connection you make.
What actually happens
The 11 things that fire in the half-second after a tap.
Your visitor sees a profile load. Behind that single screen, this is what's running.
Source attribution
The URL is tagged at the chip. We know whether they tapped your card, scanned the QR, opened your Apple Wallet pass, or clicked a link you shared — and which of your physical cards they tapped.
Persistent visitor ID
Browser-stored UUID + FingerprintJS identifier creates a composite ID that survives cleared cookies. Returning visitors are recognized as the same person across sessions, devices, and channels.
Device & location signals
iPhone vs Android, screen resolution, timezone, language, approximate city derived from IP. All collected server-side; none of it is precise GPS.
Profile renders
Your live profile loads — custom template, brand colors, photo, sections, calls to action. Editable from your dashboard in real time; the next tap reflects the change instantly.
Engagement is tracked
Scroll depth, time on page, which links got clicked, whether they hit "Save to Contacts." Every interaction is timestamped and tied to the visitor record.
Contact-capture form (if shown)
A clean exchange prompt — name, email, phone, company. They fill it; both of you receive a contact email. Their record auto-creates in your CRM with the source tag attached.
Calendar opens (if requested)
If they tap "Book a meeting," they see your real availability — Anexus checks when you're free without looking at what your meetings are about. They pick a slot; both calendars update; an invite goes out.
Stripe checkout (if a product clicked)
If you have a Profile Shop and they click a product, Stripe Checkout opens — the same secure payment screen you've seen on hundreds of websites. Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards. You are the merchant; the payout goes to your account.
Apple Wallet sync
If they add your card to Wallet, we generate a Wallet pass with your colours and photo. It updates automatically whenever you change your profile — they don't need to do anything to refresh it.
AI advisor wakes up
Your dashboard's Smart Lead Advisor sees the new signal — a returning visitor, a contact exchange, a missed follow-up — and flags it as someone worth a message today.
Encrypted, end to end
Everything you store with us is protected by bank-grade encryption. Everything moving between your browser and our servers is sent over an encrypted connection — the same kind your bank uses. Visitor data never leaves our infrastructure. You can export or delete any record at any time.
Built on real infrastructure
Not a templated landing page — a production platform.
Anexus is built on the same trusted services your favourite apps already use, packaged inside a card you can hand to someone:
- Stripe for payments — you're the merchant, payouts go to your account, refunds handled from your dashboard
- Google Calendar & Gmail — one-click sign-in, only access what's needed, disconnect any time. We never read your existing mail.
- Ten CRMs ready to go — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, monday.com, Freshsales, Copper, Apollo, ActiveCampaign, Close — every new lead syncs automatically
- Apple Wallet — passes that update automatically whenever you edit your profile
- Leading AI providers under strict data-protection agreements — your content is never used to train AI models, ours or theirs
- Smart visitor tracking — see returning visitors even if they come back days later
- Bank-grade encryption for everything we store. Aligned with GDPR (Europe), PIPEDA (Canada), and CCPA (California) privacy laws.
Enterprise stack · consumer simplicity
The kind of integration grid you'd expect from a Series B SaaS — sitting behind a card you keep in your wallet.
vs. anything else you've used
A paper card is a static object. A Linktree is a landing page. This is neither.
Paper / "link in bio" tools
A pointer to a place
- ✗ Read-only — nothing happens when someone visits
- ✗ No contact capture, no CRM, no follow-up workflow
- ✗ No source attribution — visits all look the same
- ✗ No calendar booking, no payments, no integrations
- ✗ The card itself ends up in a drawer
Anexus Connect
A networking engine
- Active — every visit fires real systems, captures the visitor, attributes the source
- Built-in Mini CRM with pipeline, notes, tags, export
- AI Lead Advisor surfaces who to message today and why
- Google Calendar bookings, Stripe checkout, Gmail-sent follow-ups
- The card is a piece of metal people keep in their wallet — premium object, premium platform
The spec sheet
If specs matter to you.
The boring parts that make the rest possible.
~250ms profile load
From tap to interactive profile on a modern phone, including network round trip.
AES-256 at rest
Every sensitive field — name, email, phone, profile data — encrypted with a rotating keyring at the database layer.
Cross-session visitor ID
FingerprintJS + composite identifier recognizes returning visitors across cleared cookies, private mode, and devices.
Real-time profile updates
Edit your profile, and the next tap shows the new version. Even your Apple Wallet pass updates via push — no re-download.
Works on every modern phone
iPhone XS+ and any Android with NFC. No app install required by the person tapping — ever.
Native integrations
Stripe Connect, Google Calendar, Gmail, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho. Custom on request for enterprise teams.
Who actually needs this
Anyone whose next handshake matters more than the one before.
If the introduction is the start of the deal — not an afterthought — this is the tool.
Sales & BD professionals
Lead at the tap. Source-tagged. Auto-synced to HubSpot or Salesforce. AI drafts the follow-up before the elevator doors close.
Founders & freelancers
Pitch deck, calendar, and storefront in your pocket. One tap covers profile, portfolio, "book a call," and "buy this service."
Enterprise teams
Branded cards across the org. Centralized analytics. Lead routing into your existing CRM, custom-mapped to your schema.
