Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Canada only, via tracked shipping. Orders go out within 1-2 business days. International shipping is on the roadmap.
Do I need a special app to use my card?
No. Anyone with a modern smartphone can tap your card and see your profile instantly — no app, no setup. iOS and Android both support NFC profile sharing natively.
Can I update my profile after the card is printed?
Yes — your profile is fully digital. Update your headline, contact info, links, or layout any time and every tap immediately reflects the change. No reprints, no re-orders.
What's the difference between Basic and PRO?
Basic includes your live profile, NFC sharing, Apple Wallet, and basic insights — everything you need to share. PRO adds multiple profiles, Profile Shop (Stripe payments), advanced analytics, and Google Calendar + Gmail integration. The AI creator suite (Profile Designer, Lead Advisor, Gmail follow-up composer) is sold separately on a pay-as-you-go credit model and can be used on either Basic or PRO.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly later?
Yes — switch any time from your account settings. Annual saves you roughly two months versus monthly billing.
Do you offer team or bulk pricing?
Yes. For teams of 10+ we offer custom branding, centralized analytics, and discounted card pricing. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What if my card stops working?
You have a 7-business-day inspection window from delivery to test your card and report any defect — a free replacement is shipped when the issue is confirmed. See our full Return Policy for what's covered, what's required, and how to submit a request.
How secure is my data?
Your data is looked after carefully — kept protected when it is stored and when it is in transit. We never sell or share your contact data, and you can download or delete everything any time.
